Be responsible for copyright images
An individual student who does not observe copyright rules and infringes copyright, could be open to prosecution – particularly where the University has taken all reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the law.
All students should be familiar with the requirements of the Copyright Law in relation to copying or communicating third party material for personal study or research purposes.
